A terrific Glasgow based duo playing original material and putting their own twist on old favourites. Mainly folky and bluegrass with some shades of blues! The club welcomes back East Kilbride’s Lorna-Jane Gracie and Mark Donaldson from Govan who got together in 2013 when they gave their first live performance at the Glenfarg Folk Feast songwriting competition. The Ian Walker Band
Ian Walker and his band are a successful and popular group of singers and musicians based in Glasgow. Ian’s songs "Still" and "The Everlasting Way" and his cover version of Amanda McBroom's "The Rose" from his last solo album "Singing the River" topped World/European, UK and Country charts in 2011. “Singing the River” was nominated for the British Country Music Association Awards 2011 in London - hosted by Alvin Stardust. Superb Scots singer, Sylvia Barnes, and master guitarist, Sandy Stanage, founder members of the band Kentigern, present a programme featuring the best of both traditional and modern music and songwriting.
